So here's a record recently for me.  Only a week between posts. As promised here's a somewhat real one:

I leave to go to TN tomorrow.  I cannot believe I'm leaving NKU after 8 incredibly short months.  I will be back in the fall, of course, but that doesn't mean that I'm not sad to leave.  God definitely knew what he was doing when he brought me here.  Its hard to believe what the Lord has graciously allowed me to be a part of.  I never could have imagined that it would be this good here.  I have been so blessed to serve alongside people that faithfully gave, prayed and served the Lord with everything they had so that his name might be lifted up above anything else.  Now I don't want to pretend that I am so holy and that it hasn't been difficult.  Its been very difficult at times, but the Lord always knows what he is doing and patiently pushes me out of the way when necessary (which is often).  One of the Lord greatest accomplishments I think has been using me despite the wretch of a man that I am.  Despite the fact that I look to other things to satisfy me.  Despite the fact that many times I want to get the glory instead of him.   But praise God because he knows what he is doing and I couldn't get in the way if I tried.  I could go on and on about what the Lord has done, but you probably wouldn't read it so I'll stop.  I will, however end with some highlights from the semester:

-Starbucks in Michigan
-Chicago
-Ski Trip (and driving a big dang bus through the snowy mountains of WV)
-Many great nights of Bible study
-Clifford's cup of death
-Beach Reach
-Home Run Derby
-Lebanese, Nigerian, & Indian food
-"...Texas"
-RBS
-Operation Maple Leaf
-SALVATION AND NEW LIFE!

NKU people I will see you in the fall (Unless you visit me at JCreek...)
Nashville people I will see you tomorrow
JCreek people I'll see you in 2 short weeks
UU people I will be in Jackson all day Wednesday so hollaataplaya.

Sorry for the nostalgic post. Love you guys.

Its true, xanga has lost its luster but I will post anyway.

My life is good right now.  I am busier than I thought I would be but I am enjoying pretty much everything that I am doing.  I definitely could never have chosen or imagined the blessings that God has given me here.  Its nothing like I thought it would be but its so much better than anything I could have planned.

To anyone who actually reads this: I  miss you, so call me if you would like to know what is
really happening and so I can know whats happening with you.

I drove a diesel mini-bus for a total of 24 hours this weekend.  I might have had to have a special license to drive it but don't tell anybody.  No one died so I think I did ok.

One final note: JCreek Reunion/Pre-union is this weekend!  I'm so freakin excited!  Everyone come to Lexington to the reunion or I'll punch you in the face.

Goulet!
